Moving Planet Minnesota

2011

St. Paul - On the 24th of September Minnesotans will be gathering at the State Capitol at 2 pm. We will ride bicycles, We will process with Heart of the Beast puppets. But we won't just be cycling or marching--we'll also be delivering a strong set of demands that can have real political impact.

At the national level we will ask that our leaders prepare to take bold action on climate change, including supporting strong federal clean air protections under the Clean Air Act and opposing the Keystone XL Pipeline. In Minnesota we ask our leaders to support solar and wind energy and energy efficiency development in Minnesota, and work to create jobs that will put Minnesotans back to work.
