Athens, OH - The Appalachian Regional Commission is sponsoring the New Energy. New Jobs. New Opportunities for Appalachia conference to share ideas and best practices on how communities can use their energy resources and emerging energy technologies and practices to diversify and strengthen their economies. Topics will include growing green enterprises, developing energy-efficient facilities, and building new-energy education and training programs.

Join your colleagues in Athens to explore how your community can benefit from the economic opportunities of the clean-energy sector.

The conference will be held October 26–28 at Ohio University's John Calhoun Baker University Center, One Park Place, Athens, Ohio 45701. The registration fee is $150.
