I am working on the report for http://thetermpapers.net/ about the concept of net metering and as far as I understood it’s completely safe for customers to generate their own electricity with a small wind turbine and moreover this approach is completely environment friendly (cause energy resource is wind and of course renewable). Just decided to specify this moment.
