The Midwest Wind Energy Center is presenting its first webinar on February 12, 2015 from 1:30-2:30pm CST with Lisa L. Noty, Midwest Regional Energy Coordinator from the USDA. Noty will be discussing Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) funding opportunities that are currently available and how to apply for them.
