WoWE Annual Luncheon at WINDPOWER 2009

The WoWE Luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2009. There is a jam-packed program in place this year and lots of exciting WoWE announcements!

If you have pre-registered for this event, remember to stop by the WoWE booth in the registration area to pick up your tickets. Someone will be available at the booth on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday from 7:00am to 8:30pm, and Tuesday from 7:00am to 10:30am. If you do not pick up your ticket by 10:30am on Tuesday, you may risk forfeiting your seat. If there are still seats available at 11:00am on Tuesday, they will be released on a first-come first-served basis.

If you have not pre-registered for the luncheon, please do stop by the WoWE booth to sign-up. All conference attendees are welcome, both men and women!!!

The luncheon will be held in Room S406. Please check-in by 11:15am, as the program will begin promptly at 11:30am.
